When I realized my a/c unit wasn’t keeping up, I gave them a call after hours. Henry was responsive and showed up within 45 minutes of calling. He fixed the a/c without trying to upsell (no maintenance plans, no extras, etc). He simply identified the problem and took care of business. Henry is knowledgeable, courteous and fair. I would recommend him based on my experience.

My father and I was very happy with the job Henry and his crew did. They were very professional, and very clear on explaining the problems we were having before just doing whatever. They did a wonderful job of getting my dad back to chilling. Thank you too Henry and the Covington Crew....

Covington Heaton & Air Transferred my hooded, microwave exhaust to where it would exhaust out through the duck work that he installed. Now it works perfectly, instead of recycling back into the kitchen.
It goes outside through the duckwork.

My husband & I was home deep cleaning our bedroom; all of a sudden it got hot. Four later we still don't have air. My husband on one phone, I'm on the other trying to find someone to come out on a Saturday at 6pm. I go to Google and found Covington Heat & Air. Their first paragraph convinced me to call, it stated WE'RE HERE TO HELP! I call and Henry came right out within 20 mins. From the conversation he was having with my husband he was off and at Costco shopping. He is a great and personable guy. He got our air back to working in 30 mins. I will definitely be using him again for any air or heating issues. Thanks again for coming to save us in our 84.2 temp home.

We had an issue with our AC the other night and because it was a hot summer night we decided to call Covington after hours. I was so impressed with the service we received!! He responded very quickly, arrived promptly, and had our system up and running in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be fixed.

The repair was completed efficiently, and we really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. It’s such a relief to find someone dependable when you’re dealing with an AC problem, especially after hours. And the pricing was very reasonable! Highly recommend to anyone needing fast, reliable HVAC service!

Covington heating and air is the best. They have donated several hours of work on our heating and air to our non-profit organization. This company is very reputable, and I will recommend them to any and everyone who has heating and air conditioning issues in their home.
